Saints Alive!

Some days are just plain better than others. Today was one such.

I had to talk with our vet this morning and mentioned Bacchus had an eye that was bothering him. Off we went to get some ointment and a chance to see two of his favorite ladies. Our vet and a Saint loving tech who has often assisted with him.

To our delight she had her brand new puppy at the clinic due to a sore paw and a house left empty. I felt pretty comfortable having them meet. After all his doctor was right there. For you Bacchus fans, enjoy. You'll understand why I love this doctor.

and the cutline for the picture is...

"Ok, now this is how you do it... you train them right off the bat. And then life will be easy for you."

Those pictures are wonderful. I love the one of him looking at the puppy.

You've got to get a puppy Bacchus when the real Bacchus is gone.

Your vet is indeed a keeper. You can see she loves Bacchus.

Bacchus is a lucky dog. Hope he gets to see his puppy friend again soon.

Bacchus is indeed a lucky dog to have so much love! Cute puppy, too. I think it's marvelous that you have such a great vet! Makes all the difference in the world, doesn't it? Enjoy the rest of the week!

Bacchus is a big doll of a dog and that puppy is about as cute a dog as I've ever seen.
