Headin' Up Lookout Pass Montana Style


One can travel the world over but as you get close to home your heart might just skip a beat.

New England may have its reds and oranges, Colorado it's Aspen gold but the Tamaracks of western Montana are still hard to beat even when it's cloudy.

Home, sweet home!

I know! I saw those colors on the way into Missoula and they are breathtaking. I thought we might go back that way and I was going to get that photo but we went the other way. Looks like I got it anyway!

Fall is the most colorful time here. But even the springtime is vivid with the different shades of green.

Being a New Englander, you would think I would say they have the greatest of color... but I think the NorthWest has just as good as they do. You just have to be at the right place. The past two weekends I have see so much color to rival New England. Even on the streets of Kootenai.....
